Why Do I Have To Pick A Time Slot?
We only have people select a time slot to keep the crowds down have a rough idea of when people are coming. You are welcome to stay as long as you like.
How Should I Dress When I Visit The Ice Palace
Dress for a day in the cold. The warmer you are, the happier you are. Boots are an absolute essential, with ice cleats if you have them (if you don’t, we have a limited amount available). Layer up and try to convince your teenager to wear warm pants instead of shorts or leggings. (We know. Good luck.)

Can I bring a Stroller Or a Wheelchair?
We recommend bringing a large-wheeled stroller or, better yet, a sled that you can tow around. Because you’ll be walking over ice and snow, pushing anything with wheels will be tough. We’ve had people come in wheelchairs and been able to do it, but depending on how much snow has fallen and how much ice has formed in our tunnels, it may be challenging.
Do You Offer Group Discounts?
We currently are not offering family passes and season passes. Children 5 and under get in free.
